Are you keen on exploring options in another city? Take a cue from one of our Business & Integration Architecture analysts, Teena Sharma, who picked the right time to move to Adelaide.
Could you tell us more about Adelaide and the tech practice there?
Adelaide is a very nice place to be in, and I am truly enjoying to every bit. Though I’ve been in Sydney for only the last nine years, it was still a difficult decision to relocate to a new city. But as we say, change is essential and without change and taking risks, it means we are not progressing! I am learning more each day and loving to be part of it.
That sounds terrific! Please tell us more about what you do in your role. What’s a typical weekday like?
I am working as part of the Business and Integration team. As a team, we support various clients and provide them with solutions that help keep their businesses up and running.
Currently, I am learning and working on new technologies that cater to the needs and requirements of our clients. For a normal weekday, we get involved with various teams that are part of myriad assignments. There’s something different every day, and I find it pretty exciting.
Interesting! And what are you truly passionate about?
I am passionate about learning and doing new things each day both personally and professionally. Finding out new ways to fix a problem really lights me up as it’s an opportunity to learn and try something new.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
While away from work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love baking and trying new recipes. I enjoy my free time doing reading and running. Recently, I have been learning karate with my son, and I find that it’s a great way to rejuvenate the body and mind.

Getting into new sports must be awesome! How do you manage your busy life? Any tips and tricks?
Staying organised and prioritising tasks really help me manage my busy routine. I think discipline and going with the flow really helped to keep things easy and smooth.
