Lead – Human Resources, Australia & New Zealand
Sarah leads HR for Accenture in Australia and New Zealand, with responsibility for operational excellence, talent strategy, employee experience, employee relations, health & safety and inclusion & diversity.
Prior to moving into the HR Lead role Sarah was responsible for the Talent and Organisation Consulting Practice in the Financial Services part of Accenture’s business. With over 20 years in the consulting industry she has worked with numerous large corporates and government agencies to drive and deliver change within their business.
Sarah has extensive experience in the areas of change strategy development, organisation & job design, HR transformation, communications planning & management, stakeholder planning & engagement and change readiness activities.
Based in Canberra, Sarah is also a member of Chief Executive women.
