Sam Randall is Accenture’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Australia and New Zealand, responsible for managing the financials, strategic investments, compliance and operations of the organisation.
She closely collaborates with key business leaders and stakeholders to drive sustainable profitable growth developing a finance community that supports and evolves with the business.
Prior to her appointment as CFO for Australia and New Zealand, she has had over 25 years of experience with large corporate entities. She has led various finance functions, with multimillion-dollar turnover across diverse industries.
An established Fellow Certified Practicing Accountant (FCPA), Sam has also successfully managed complex Financial Portfolios across several countries and industries within Asia Pacific.
During her 19-year tenure with Accenture, she has served in several leadership positions. In these key roles, she provided insights in all aspects of financial management including; identifying growth opportunities, planning, analysis and profitability.
Sam is an accomplished leader. She has worked across multiple diverse finance teams colaborating and driving sustainable profitable growth and developing a finance community that evolves with the business. She has led and driven many complex programs and initiatives including finance digital transformation, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), portfolio management, treasury management and statutory compliance.
Sam graduated from Charles Sturt University in New South Wales with a Bachelor of Business degree, specialising in accounting, computing and finance.
