Jordan leads the Accenture Operations team in Australia and New Zealand, where we advise organisations on the mostinnovative, long-term and sustainable ways of doing business. We do this with intelligent operations – bringing togetherindustrialised tools and processes with new flexible workforce models that combine process experts with artificial intelligence,robots and analytics agents.
He has 20 years of consulting and outsourcing experience across a wide range of corporate services, including finance, HR,procurement, digital marketing and analytics. And has worked with major organisations in industries such as banking, insurance,mining, gas, telecommunications and retail.
Most recently Jordan has been helping clients to build flexible operating strategies to thrive in the digital economy.
Based in Melbourne, Jordan is married with two children.
