David Hosking is a Senior Managing Director in Accenture's Health and Public Service Operating Group. David joined Accenture in 1990 and has over thirty years of public sector experience, specifically in the areas of Taxation, Child Welfare, Immigration, Customs and Border Protection, Health, Defence and Public Sector Finance. He has also spent a number of years working in the Financial Services industry - primarily in Retail Banking. David has worked with Government agencies and organisations in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and the United States.
David’s background is in large scale transformational delivery programmes having involvement in several multi-year programmes of greater than $100M of budget. David has experience across all aspects of programme leadership from initial strategy development and planning through the full lifecycle of business and technology delivery and support. His current responsibilities include leading all of Accenture’s delivery work at the Australian Taxation Office as well a broader role as the Delivery Lead across all of Accenture’s Health and Public Service clients in Asia Pacific.
He is based in Canberra and has both Australian and New Zealand citizenship.
