As a Management Consultant at Accenture, you’ll work at the heart of complex business challenges, helping clients rethink how they operate, grow and compete. Our consultants bring fresh perspectives, proven methodologies and data‑driven insights to deliver tangible results across industries such as Automotive, Utilities, Financial Services and Pharma.

You will play an active role across the full project lifecycle, including:

  • Analysing existing business challenges and identifying opportunities to improve performance

  • Developing future‑focused strategies and practical implementation plans

  • Identifying key issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, and translating insights into clear recommendations

  • Supporting clients through change, helping to embed new ways of working

  • Applying Accenture’s established frameworks and methodologies to deliver smarter, more efficient business solutions

  • Demonstrated experience in a consulting environment

  • Motivated, proactive, with excellent communication skills

  • Fluent English and Czech OR Slovak

  • Willingness to travel

The following experience would be advantageous:

  • Experience in large multinational consulting environment

  • Experience working with clients in Automotive, Utilities, Financial Services or Pharma

  • Fluent German
