Accenture’s Real Estate & Workplace Solutions - REWS team is composed of experienced (20+ years) real estate strategy and operations practitioners who bring a deep understanding of operational model structures, portfolio optimization, workplace strategy, service outsourcing, and the rapidly expanding technology universe.


  • Dispositions, consolidations, co-location, financial restructures

  • Real Estate organization design

  • Budgeting and Planning

  • Contract Management

A role in the Real Estate & Workplace Solutions team is varied and stimulating because each project presents a new challenge and will provide exposure to new business issues, technologies, people, and multiple organizations. We seek people who can challenge conventional thought, offer unique perspectives, and conceive innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities may include but not limited to:

  • Understanding of Real Estate and the impact it has on the overall business outcome

  • Understand client issues and structure the problem to develop hypotheses around possible solutions; understand the company’s key strategic/operational issues (market definition, industry trends, client issues)

  • Compile data, conduct analyses of data to prove or disprove the hypotheses

  • Develop and utilize industry knowledge to be able to make implementation-oriented recommendations

  • Develop business case elements to highlight the financial implication of recommendations

  • Develop knowledge of prevailing trends, financials, and operating drivers across multiple industry segments

  • Build financial models to back up a business case

  • Help develop innovative, fact-based, and achievable strategies and operating models after evaluation of multiple strategic options

At this point, we are recruiting Senior/Management level. Is a must to have prior experience in activities related to the scope area pointed above within large companies or projects. Other qualifications are:

  • Preferable foundational knowledge of Real Estate CAPEX & OPEX planning and review

  • Bachelor’s degree completed; MBA may be a plus.

  • High proficiency in English

  • Consultancy background is a plus

  • Understanding from USA & Europe Market.

  • Availity to travel may be required.
