Labor and Employment Counsel Associate Manager - NRR 4339

This role combines advanced employment law expertise with leadership in corporate compliance investigations. The individual will support business units and legal teams across the Hispanic Latam geography, ensuring both proactive employment counseling and rigorous, legally privileged investigations into alleged misconduct. The role is pivotal in maintaining a fair, ethical, and innovative workplace, partnering with legal leadership to assess and address legal risks, and driving continuous improvement in compliance and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Employment Law & Employee Relations
Provide expert legal counsel on employment matters, including legal research, employee relations, union, policy review, and training development.
Advise on complex employment law queries, supporting internal clients from legal, as well as HR and business.
Track and assess employment law updates, ensuring timely communication and impact analysis for business operations.
Coordinate legal assessments on regional/global projects, policies, and compliance initiatives.

Requisitos
Conduct Counts Investigations
Lead, conduct, and oversee 'Conduct Counts' (internal compliance people conduct related program) investigations into alleged misconduct, ensuring all processes are legally privileged and compliant.
Define investigation scope, develop plans, review documentation, conduct interviews, compile reports, and recommend remedial measures.
Manage notification, recording, and reporting processes related to investigations.
Advise organizational leadership on risk and appropriate remedial actions related to compliance allegations.
Develop internal guidelines for CC investigations and stay abreast of legal developments affecting investigations and compliance standards.
Collaborate with internal and external resources to resolve allegations and improve processes.
Leadership & Collaboration
Liaise directly with internal stakeholders, building credible relationships with onshore counsels and the Global Legal Network (GLN) team.
Supervise and mentor team members, providing feedback and supporting professional development.
Support recruitment, people management, and implementation of new initiatives within CORE support areas and Legal/GLN.
Foster a culture of inclusion, diversity, and respect across teams and geographies.
Qualifications:
- Law degree
- 6+ years of experience in labor law related activities
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
