Job Summary:
The Procurement Supplier Manager for the Legal Category is a full-time role on the Procurement Legal Supplier Management Team. It involves day-to-day support of the Strategic Sourcing requirements of Legal as well as the associated activities of managing key supplier relationships for Legal.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sourcing
• Support strategic sourcing of law firms, legal staffing agencies and alternative legal service providers,
• Support to the Legal matter specific competitive bidding program,
• Management of engagement letters with law firms and service agreements with other legal suppliers (this includes managing the Legal engagement letter repository), and
• Coordinating Legal supplier information security related activities with the Legal Information Security team.
2. Supplier Relationship Management
• Support day-to-day supplier management issues including issue escalation, payment/invoicing issues and all other queries,
• Work with the Procurement SRM team to i) generate annual relationship decks for panel firms, ii) complete the semi-annual satisfaction surveys, iii) prepare the annual OC report and iv) prepare the monthly dashboard,
• Work with LTO team to manage the Demand Management tool and the dashboard,
• Support the annual relationship review with strategic panel law firms and
• Tracking and reporting.
3. Contractors, Temporary Labors
• Support the Legal Supplier Management Contractor lead as required in the following areas:
• Work with the relevant CX team to negotiate new agency agreements, amend existing agreements and/or renew existing agreements,
• Identifying and engaging suitable legal staffing agencies for a role,
• Coordinating the agency(s)/law firms initial communications with the hiring manager,
• Ensuring Background checks are completed,
• Completion of SOW,
• Coordination of Contractor/Secondment/Intern enablement,
• Provide ad hoc and periodic reporting of Legal Contractors/secondments, and
• Support the Supplier Management Contractor lead with the annual reporting and relationship reviews of Legal Staffing Agencies.

Reports to: Legal Strategic Programs Senior Manager
Internal Relationships: Legal Professionals worldwide (includes both Legal Corporate Function and Legal personnel in Accenture Operations), Legal Operations, Legal Information Security, Data Privacy, CIO, Procurement SRM team, Procurement Legal Supplier Management team, Accounts Payable, Procurement Contractor Exchange (CX).
External Relationships: Law Firms, Legal Staffing Agencies and other suppliers of legal related services being supplier to Legal.

Requisitos
Education:
• A master’s degree with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, procurement, HR, or comparable professional education is a preference
• Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, procurement, or comparable professional education
Work Experience:
• Minimum 8 years working experience in similar or adequate roles in a procurement environment, with international project and people management elements,
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with senior executives,
• Hands-on experience strategic sourcing of professional services (preferably legal),
• Proven knowledge in sourcing and procurement methodologies and concepts, including negotiation tactics and savings calculations,
• Experience in negotiating and managing service agreements, and
• Not essential but experience in any one or more of the following is a plus:
• working in a Law firm or inhouse Legal department or Procurement department or large multinational corporation,
• procure to pay operations,
• contractor/temporary staffing management, and
• financial analysis and reporting.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
• Work in a team environment and collaborate with others.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion.
• Responsive and follows through on commitments.
• Initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical skills, critical thinking, and ability to spot problem areas and propose solutions.
• Minimal to no travel.
