The Industry X Global Services Legal team is seeking to appoint a Legal Consultant who is a recently graduated attorney with at least 2 years of legal experience, to support the Global Industry X Legal Team.
Key Responsibilities
Internal and external legal research and fact gathering around new, innovative technologies (e.g. 5G, GenAI), laws applicable to the same, and how they impact the Industry X business;
Develop and maintain templates for Legal briefings, including risk reviews, risk assessments, asset & solution risk analysis, enablement materials;
Develop guidance to support Industry X’s business growth in a legally compliant way, incorporating appropriate risk mitigations (contractual, operational, and technical);
Develop guidance, guardrails and playbooks to enable Accenture’s Sales & Delivery Legal team to efficiently support client transactions;
Developing and maintaining knowledge libraries for Industry X business;
Provide regular briefing for Legal leadership regarding team priorities, metrics, and operations that will enable team;
Manage team projects and initiatives from ideation through completion, ensuring the team identifies and meets target success measures;
Demonstrated proficiency in business research, metrics analysis, and data visualization tools, and
Collaborate with other teams and participate in research initiatives to create frameworks related to cutting-edge, cross-industry topics that address technology, ethics, human rights, legal and societal issues.

Requisitos
Knowledge Skills and Experience
2+ years relevant legal experience in a corporate or law firms;
Strong English proficiency (C1 or above), with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken formats.
Driven by a strong interest in learning about and deepening knowledge of advanced technology applications such as digital manufacturing, digital twins, IoT/edge computing, cloud computing, embedded systems, artificial intelligence, and AI generation.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of:
Provide support in the development of Risk Assessment related materials;
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
Candidates should ideally also have experience in:
Risk identification and legal analysis;
Intellectual property, data privacy and data protection issues; good to have
Deal shaping and evaluation of new commercial models;
Knowledge of legal research tools, or other online research tools preferred.
Presenting key findings in a structured and concise manner (with a focus on insights).

Education and Qualifications
Education: Recent law graduate (JD or equivalent) with valid legal qualification.
