Mobility MU Operations Support
About Role:
Mobility operates one of the world's largest corporate travel programs, covering business travel, assignments, and events. We deliver a world-class service to our customers, allowing them to focus on what matters most.
Responsible for supporting and enabling critical Mobility processes by executing key operational tasks. This role ensures the smooth functioning of Mobility operations by managing reporting, insights, and operational controls while collaborating closely with the DL MU Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Task Execution
- Perform day-to-day activities related to:
- Cross Border Agreement processing
- Batch management of Travel Start/End Dates and assignment closure
- Traveler registration and de-registration tracking
- Power of Attorney documentation support
- Stealth travel support coordination
- Billing coordination tasks (as directed by senior team members)
Reporting & Data Support
- Assist in generating operational reports and dashboards under the guidance of Specialists or Associate Managers.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in mobility systems and tracking tools.
- Perform routine checks to identify and correct data discrepancies.
Compliance & Controls
- Follow established operational control checklists to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Support the documentation of compliance activities for audit and tracking purposes.
- Assist in periodic audits and implement remediation actions as instructed.
Stakeholder & Escalation Support
- Liaise with internal teams (HR, Legal, Finance, etc.) for routine coordination and data gathering.
- Escalate any issues or delays in processes to senior team members promptly.
- Track and update issue logs for operational gaps and bottlenecks.
Process Improvement Involvement
- Provide feedback on process pain points and suggest areas for simplification.
- Support pilot activities, system testing, or documentation updates for new processes.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of process guides and templates.
Requisitos
Must have
- Strong attention to detail and task accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced English level.
- Basic understanding of reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and escalate appropriately.
- Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
