KEY RESPONSABILITIES
General
POC Management of Medical Insurance Certificates for employees and their dependents. Vendor management.
Provide support on Medical Insurance mailbox requests and questions.
POC for the MI SharePoint Site site Administration, Access granting maintenance Content management organization.
POC for People Mobility Policies Programs update modification change requests
POC Support for Mobility Reporting Analysis Management, analysis and distribution of reports and or databases.
Escalate delays, issues and risks on a timely manner.
Review and improve process through addressing feedback and stakeholder input.
SKILL SET
Advanced MS Excel and MS Access skills.
Customer service focus.
Structured analytical thinking skills.
Good communication skills verbal, written .
Fluent in English.
Basic organizational and time management skills.
Ability to escalate issues effectively.
