Corporate Quality & Risk Associate Manager - Role Description:
As a member of the EMEA Quality Enablement Team, you will partner with the EMEA Quality Managers and Quality Leadership to support the execution of the end-to-end Quality policies and processes and drive quality initiatives across the EMEA Market.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Engage with the team of Corporate Quality Managers and Quality Leaders across the EMEA Market Units (MUs) and Services to execute key Quality processes
Support activities related to Nomination, Certification, Recognition and Assignment of QAD Directors
Support activities related to Quality Assurance pgm.
Perform ad-hoc analysis related to Quality Program execution
Coordinate with M+C teams and other central quality teams the publishing of posts, announcements, news etc. related to Market and Market Unit QAD Communities.
Support ISMS activities, e.g. User access management, Audit compliance
Manage own workload, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and quality expectations
Requisitos
Professional & Technical Skills Required:
Professional with an undergraduate degree or higher, with at least 8 yrs of fulltime relevant experience
Very strong English language fluency, both oral and written
Critical thinking with ability to connect the dots and self-check own deliverables
Proven track record in interacting with leadership and senior stakeholders
Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, manipulate, and troubleshoot complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Strong proficiency in utilizing advanced Excel functions to streamline tasks and improve efficiency
Strong Operational Excellence, attention to detail and a strong Customer Service mindset
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and track/manage responsibilities
Experience in Program management / Change management is preferred
Additional Information:
This position is hybrid, with limited attendance requirements to the Parque Patricios office.
For remote work, a home office or work area suitable for productive remote work would be required, per local guidelines; including a safe, ergonomic workspace and a high-speed internet connection that is stable and secure.
