Key accountabilities
- The Global Workplace Program and Operations Specialist works collaboratively with the Global Workplace team to support the programs and operations within the team
- Support Global Workplace campaigns as required by liaising with local teams and work with Marketing & Communications to support Digital Signage campaigns
- Support the ongoing creation and enhancements to the Global Workplace Operational Playbook including liaising with content owners and preparing content for production
- PMO office support for Global Leadership Forums, People & Finance reporting.
Requisitos
Job Qualifications
- Global awareness and understanding of local cultural nuances with different countries.
- Minimum of four years of project management experience
- Excellent English communication (both verbal and written), strong organization, time management and problem-solving skills
- Track record of building relationships with stakeholders, strong multitasking with the ability to manage multiple projects, proven team management skills and proactive mindset
- Ability to function as a team player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Attention to detail and willingness to flex time and projects based on business priorities
