JOB SUMMARY
The candidate to work closely with internal stakeholders on Cisco Program Management Role service offerings, to maintain relationships and understand various levels of complex requirements for Cisco partnership program to help Accentuate Cisco country leads, PDDs and Program Lead. Co-ordinate & support other resources with the team to achieve their goals. Become subject matter expert and drivers of specific program initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for supporting Cisco partner program engagement, working through Program lead & stakeholders.
· Deep understanding of complex compliance requirements for various levels of partnership.
· Collate and drive Cisco Partner Channel Certification effort.
· Support program lead in maintaining network with respective Cisco Partner POCs and support teams, to maintain various partner level status effectively.
· Support Program lead in designs and execution of Cisco Partner certifications and training plans.
· Help program lead to Identify risks to Accenture Cisco Country leads and recommend action plans to mitigate the same.
· Able to work under pressure and to tight timescales, with minimal supervision.
· Cisco Partner Program Enrolments and Recertification follow-up - tracking and compliance.
· Support Program lead in effective tracking in Budget utilization and be vigilant in any non-compliance to be highlighted to Accenture Cisco Country leads.
· Managing various license procurement and support program lead in managing the same.
· Coordinate and support program lead in Customer Satisfaction surveys for partner countries.
· Cisco Partner Program - connect with POCs/Country Leads/PDD’s - for tracking, follow-up, and compliance.
· Support leads in maintaining a consolidated Dashboard and MIS reports.
· Support program to coordinate regular calls with stakeholder/leads/ 3rd party vendors; prepare and circulate MoM's.
· Experience in managing a technical certification program end to end is required to make a difference in the role.
· Support program lead in coordinating partner audits
· Coordinate CCIE Technology workshop.
· Manage and drive Cisco partner Tech Bootcamps for CCIE’s.
· Manage and drive Attach Rate and Renewal Rate Report.
· Cross functional team coordination like legal, presales, vendor et al.
Requisitos
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduation/post-graduation computers from a reputed institute.
PREFFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record of supporting global client or internal stakeholders in variety of scoping, planning, execution, and monitoring activities.
- Experience of supporting leads across multiple geographic borders and time zones.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Cisco’s programs and certifications is preferred.
- Experience in supporting Customer Satisfaction surveys for different vendors.
- Experience in coordinating technical Program management.
- Experience in coordinating external Audits.
