The Global Workplace Intelligent Workplace Deployment Lead is responsible for leading the Intelligent Workplace program across the different Accenture Locations:
Plans, executes and manages deployment strategies for Intelligent Workplace
Coordinate the implementation of the technology solution (hardware and software) with local workplace teams, technology teams and vendors, in the different Accenture locations
Collaborates with Workplace MU and location leads, with LTS leadership and local LTS teams, Procurement
Understand ecosystem map of vendors and costing
Establish relationship with all vendors and be up to date in new technologies related to the program
Build technical knowledge of sensors and use cases. Be able to advise workplace leads on which sensor is best to cover each use case
Be able to estimate how many sensors a location would need to cover its use cases based on floormap and cost
Lead super user forum understanding the strategic type of information that should be shared in those forums
Be able to work with minimum supervision and delegate tasks. Do not wait for supervisor to define steps and tasks that needs to be executed
Work closely with Procurement to achieve the contract sign for all hardware vendors
Lead conversations and meetings for each workstream
Resolve issues and blockers inside each workstream/location
Consolidate status
Be able to create a timeline for each workstream/location
Presents deployment statistics, status and project risks to senior leadership.
Create executive presentations
Requisitos
Qualifications:
Experience deploying hardware and software across multiple locations
Global awareness and understanding of local cultural nuances with different countries.
Excellent communication, organization time management and problem-solving skills
Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders
Experience in managing roll out of global tools
Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Proven team management skills and growth mindset
Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Attention to detail and willingness to flex based on business priorities
Highly effective in product and process training
Must be flexible to support US and Europe working hours
Ability to work effectively in a virtual and global environment
Workplace or Real Estate experience (desired)
Must have
Minimum 2-year project/program management experience or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year process improvement experience or equivalent
Minimum 5-year experience with cross-cultural projects
English Advanced (required)
Nice to have
ServiceNow platform knowledge.
