Building Operations – Specialist
Workplace Solution is currently looking for a Building Operations Specialist, it must implement the necessary strategies regarding the company's real estate resources, being the local referent for contracting all products and services related to the proper functioning of the facilities, conservation and maintenance of the same, ensuring the optimization of spaces and will assist in the coordination of projects.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting the leaders of each Argentine office with operational activities in maintenance, security, cleaning, energy consumption optimization, inventory management of physical assets and supplies, vendor management and team management.
The applicant will lead implementations of new processes and guarantee compliance with global standards, being a key the participation in implementation and project monitoring forums.
The candidate prospect will provide support in space management, internal events, construction project, operational and capital budget planning and management and tasks necessary to keep the standard office safe, functional and efficient.
The position involves all aspects of the user experience and requires a positive and professional attitude, teamwork, critical thinking with a strategic approach, planning skills, personal organization, problem solving, stakeholder management and risk management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Delivery
• Guarantee the building operation with a focus on continuous improvement, effective management and the delivery of excellent services.
• Ensure the coordination and management of key complementary services for the building operation.
• Collaborate with the local point of contact to ensure that Accenture is ready to minimize risks to our people, businesses and in compliance with our Standards.
• Coordination and leadership of transfer operations between buildings (including openings and closings).
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of minor construction projects and collaboration with Project Management & Real State.
• Participate in everything related to building improvements in terms of accessibility, inclusion and ergonomics.
• Propose infrastructure, building, and facility improvements aimed at improving the user experience.
Operation & Maintenance
• Lead Building Operations Agents in facilities operation, their maintenance and management.
• Development, understanding and execution of bidding scopes for services and minor construction projects.
• Lead and ensure the correct vendor management in the different offices (Maintenance of facilities / Cleaning / Security / Vending / Hygiene / Gardening / External warehouses / Logistics).
• Management and monitoring of Critical Preventive Maintenance of Facilities.
• Collaborate in the organization of construction works, reforms, building adaptations.
• Guarantee the correct Management of the company´s physical Assets and the implementation of associated global tools.
Business Continuity
- Guarantee the building operation with focus on continuous improvement, effective management, and service delivery excellence.
- Manage the platforms where BCP information is consolidated by building.
- Operational Incident reports- Reporting and follow-up of open incidents
- Collaboration and participation of audits (customers, information security, etc.). Support all location audits as required by location and with suppliers to meet SLAs.
- Cooperation in the management of human resources, follow-up of the career plan of the team members, management and professional development of the team members.
Quality Management
- ·Development and monitoring of the results of the operation in relation to the support processes and their evaluation (reports) - Management of KPI / Dashboard of area performance indicators/Power BI
- Managing contracts and relationships with external vendors; working with vendors to develop and review contracts to support our service and project needs.
- Service Request tracking - Guarantee the quality in the fulfillment of the services.
- Be a reference in terms of communication with the client and service providers.
- Generation of procedures, management of policies, processes, regulations (organizational controls in general)
- Provides a welcoming, hospitality, and professional atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance, quality and control results of contracted vendors.
Financial
- Responsible for the execution and control of the costs, billing and execution of budgets associated with the operation of the buildings.
- Project Coordination: Receive and interpret project directives, schedules and deliverables. Communicate project progress to appropriate parties and document project actions and results while tracking project due dates.
- Efficient management of available resources in search of the best results.
- Collaborate with the analysis of relevant information for decision making.
Sustainability
- Propose, plan and implement projects that tend to the efficient use of the resources associated with the building operation
- Guarantee the monitoring and treatment of environmental impacts related to the open.
- Establish and follow environmental objectives by monitoring and reporting resource consumption and emissions.
