Supplier Agent

• Customer service representative to provide support for Suplier Set Up LATAM/Europe.
• Assists in data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. Applies knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems (standard and nonstandard).
• Seeks advice and escalates issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.

The main objective of this position is to set up and maintain suppliers’ profiles in Accenture’s database. It is also required to contact suppliers directly to perform a specific validation of sensitive information such as bank account details, contact data, etc., that will be reviewed during annual audits.
