Safety and Security team is currently in a search of a Safety & Security Sr Analyst, who is proficient and experienced in managing Safety and Security issues, and all the elements of physical security as it relates to the site security. Likewise, the candidate will be responsible for tasks required to maintain a safe, functional, and efficient office facility. The position involves all aspects of customer service, guaranteeing accessibility conditions, ensuring compliance with current legislation and requires a positive and professional attitude, critical thinking and risk management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

  • Responsible as a Safety and Security team member, for coordinating local related matters in each building.
  • Provide a local point of contact and ensure Accenture is in place to minimize risks to our people, business and in compliance with our Standards.
  • Support lower levels in the delivery of Safety and Security services to provide client focused, value added service to the buildings and its customers.
  • Uses judgement to make a variety of decisions, which predominately affect the team.
  • Supervise, control and compliance with Safety and Security general and specific conditions.
  • Supervise routine preventive Safety and Security walkthroughs and service request tracking.
  • Guarantee the health and safety of employees in the workplace.
  • Participate in everything related to building improvements in terms of accessibility, inclusion and ergonomics.
  • Promotes safety consciousness among employees, by providing accurate and informative data, conducting safety meetings, giving timely feedback, on safety suggestions and visibly supporting the safety programs.
  • Daily management of the Surveillance service in offices
  • Manages employee access cards. Creates and terminates employee access as necessary. Ensures that the system database is up to date.

S&S Operation & Maintenance 

  • Coordinate Safety and Security Team members, ensuring that incident reporting and management, security technology issues, safety and security trainings, and general Safety and Security team standards are being met and adhered to.
  • Ensure the maintenance, control, and compliance of building physical security conditions.
  • Operates with a large degree of autonomy and is responsible for ensuring that services delivered by their workgroup are completed in a timely, efficient manner and according to workplace standards.
  • Manage contracts and relationships with external vendors. Work with vendors to develop and review contracts to support our service and project needs.
  • Coordinate regular meetings with local entities, advisors, vendors to establish collaborative work with local support and thought partners.
  • Supervision, control and assurance of processes and procedures for external access documentation control.
  • Control and assurance of processes and procedures for external access documentation control
  • Control and assurance of compliance with the updated Safety and Security file in each building.
  • Management of S&S facilities: Fire Suppression systems, Fire Detection systems, Access Control, CCTV
  • Management and monitoring of Critical Preventive maintenance of facilities.
  • Responsible for records and controls to ensure quality in the fulfillment of services.
  • Management of processes and procedures related to confidential documentation for archiving.
  • Management of processes and procedures related to confidential paper destruction.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Collaborate with control processes for assigned services making sure that they are created and maintained and oversee regular reviews to ensure that opportunities for improvement are applied, and that they remain up to date, efficient, effective and relevant to the customer service offering.

Business Continuity

  • Develop and manage S&S plans, guides and procedures for the area of ​​responsibility. Ensures plans and playbooks are up-to-date, complete, and effectively implemented.
  • Guarantee the implementation and updating of the necessary information in Business Continuity Plans, Emergency Procedures / CMP – BCP
  • Collaboration and participation of audits (customers, information security, etc.). Support all location audits as required by location and with suppliers to meet SLAs.

Quality Management

  • Establish relationships with other teams to maintain strong and beneficial ties and quickly address any and all safety and security issues at the source.
  • Supervise, control and ensure the execution of new fixed fire facilities, as well as the maintenance of existing ones.
  • Supervision, control and assurance of compliance with the updated Safety and Security file in each building.
  • Ensure achievement of workplace standards and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate the managing contracts and relationships with external vendors; working with vendors to develop and review contracts to support our service and project needs.
  • Generation of procedures, management of policies, processes, regulations (organizational controls in general)
  • Acts as point of contact for all service requests and manages services requests.
  • Provides a welcoming, hospitality, and professional atmosphere.

Financial

  • Coordinate the execution of Safety and Security Budget Control: Opex execution & Accuracy / control follow up billings
  • Understand project budgeting and scheduling with a focus on the ability to communicate and work closely with consultants to ensure that project milestones are being met and deliverables are on time
  • Project Coordination: Receives and interprets project directives, timelines, and deliverables. Communicates project progression to appropriate parties and documents project actions and results while tracking project due dates.

EXPERIENCE / ABILITIES

  • Critical Thinking- Analytical experience in performance based, action and results oriented setting. Excellent decision-making skills, reliable, focused and detail oriented.
  • Risk Management / Security Standards - Experience in risk management, process control and leading security audits. - Analytical and risk management skills
  • Customer Focus - Client – Facing experience in safety and security. / Be a self-starter.
  • Autonomy – Ability to take initiative and successfully coordinate other´s activities. Contribute to team-oriented environment. Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Proactivity- Understands and applies policies and proactively suggests solutions/improvements on issues
  • Problem Solving - Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Life Safety - Crisis and incident management training.
  • Crisis Management -Experience in Business continuity planning and provisioning.
  • Stakeholder Management / Vendor Management- Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff, and external service providers. Customer Relationship Management: escalate issues as appropriate, supplier and service Management.
  • Data Handling- Ability to work with high confidential material and maintain confidentiality.
  • Prevention-  Experience in security design (technical and operational – design and implementation) in challenging
  • Continuous Improvement - Knowledge of standards and regulations related to quality management (ISO 9000, 45001, 27001, 27701, 14001) and facilities management (EN 15.221 - 1.2)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with low voltage technology for access control software and systems. (CCTV, alarms, access control).
  • Strong working knowledge of market health and safety codes and regulations.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Advance knowledge of building facilities
  • Risk analysis (methodologies)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint/ Teams / Power BI)
  • Knowledge of CCTV platforms, access controls, intrusion detection, fire protection systems.
  • Management of private security services
  • Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn and try new tasks
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
  • Ability to prioritize, take direction, and handle varied tasks within deadlines.
  • Ability to plan, organize, analyze variables for decision making.
