As an Accenture Total Rewards Manager, you will drive change by bringing significant expertise to the development of compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain employees in a competitive landscape. You will have an opportunity to bring your talent and curiosity to work while collaborating with key stakeholders in the planning, development, and implementation of compensation programs. In this position, you will develop and apply global and local frameworks linked to Accenture's total rewards strategy.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with various stakeholders on the design of new or existing compensation programs
Supervise a team of Compensation associate managers and specialists.
Apply frameworks and methodologies that align with the business strategy and compensation vision.
Actively seek emerging compensation market and industry-specific trends and apply insights in the development of best in class programs.
Use salary survey data to evaluate jobs for internal equity and external competitiveness.
Prepare and review compensation communications for employees, providing recommendations as needed.
Write and edit Compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures for key stakeholders.
Partner with Compensation leadership to improve existing programs, processes, and tools.
Requisitos
Job Qualifications
Advanced English level, verbal and written
Minimum of 8 years in total rewards/compensation role
Experience in building analysis based on large datasets. Familiarity with statistical analysis approaches and tools is a plus
Experience managing many stakeholders in a matrixed organization
Strong business acumen and ability to connect people plans to business outcomes
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex information simply and effectively
Process, project or workplan management experience
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and data analytics skills
Ability to analyze complex problems and propose and deliver insightful and pragmatic solutions
Strong focus on data privacy and confidentiality
Good to have
Work experience with a large corporate employer, leading consulting firm and/or emerging technology roles strongly preferred
Familiarity with statistical analysis approaches and tools
Working knowledge of Workday HCM
