At Accenture’s CFO & Enterprise Value practice, we help CFOs and Finance leaders reimagine how Finance operates in the era of data, AI, and digital transformation. Our teams design and deliver data-driven solutions that unlock value, enhance decision-making, and future-proof Finance functions.
As a Business Data Scientist within CFO & EV, you will work at the intersection of Finance, Data Science, and Technology. You will use advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to address CFO priorities—ranging from planning & forecasting, working capital optimization, and risk management to financial reporting automation and performance insights.
You will collaborate with Finance executives and multidisciplinary teams to:
- Translate complex financial problems into data science use cases.
- Design and implement scalable models that optimize profit, cash, and operational efficiency.
- Build predictive and prescriptive analytics to support strategic CFO decision-making.
- Re-engineer financial processes through AI-enhanced automation.
- Drive adoption of innovative tools and insights across the Finance organization.

Requisitos
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–6 years in a Finance environment (finance, accounting, controlling, FP&A, etc.) with hands-on exposure to data analytics.
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Finance expertise: Solid understanding of CFO priorities (planning & forecasting, enterprise performance management, reporting, value creation).
- Technical skills:
- Advanced Python
- SQL / R
- Visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
- Analytical skills: Ability to translate Finance needs into models, dashboards, and insights.
- Business skills: Confident communication with Finance executives, strong problem-solving mindset, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Other: Strong presentation skills (MS Office), fluent English.
