The work:
As a Process Architect, you are responsible for being the global offerings expert, developing & managing the processes required to execute across the Account Planning, Origination and Sales Campaign Management suite of offerings in our Portfolio Growth Offering Group. This role is responsible for developing the How of the offering & working closely with the Offering Lead & Advisors who are responsible for the Why & What.
You will:
- Be a trusted expert to Accenture’s business leaders, helping them to manage their origination activities (including Account Planning & Sales Campaign Management) efficiently.
- Work closely with the Offering Lead & Advisors who are responsible for the overall strategy and goals of the program, partnering closely with our clients and having a client-centered approach. Also drive organic growth including generating Origination Ideas and Unqualified opportunities to build a pipeline for future quarters.
- Develop training materials and related communications, directly and in partnership with the Sales Excellence Change Management team.
- Work together with our internal Application Architecture, Analytics and Sales Operations Change Management partners to ensure the processes, tools and training programs are used effectively to drive leadership and stakeholder adoption.
- Launch, manage and integrate programs with other Sales Excellence offerings (especially Relationships, Client Portfolio Optimization and Analytics) and across Accenture.
- Design tools, dashboards, and enablers to elevate origination and related tracking at Accenture; analyze large sets of data and provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes and drive results.
- Continually learn and develop to evolve support and impact to the business with the latest predictive intelligence tools and methodologies.
- Help our clients to better understand their goals and challenges by sharing new opportunities through storytelling, opening their minds to the new possibilities we can bring.
- Establish links between business strategies and improvement initiatives to measure the success of the offering.
- Help gather insights into our client's needs & requirements to collaboratively create solutions.
- Implement feedback and collaborate with stakeholders to meet practitioner and business needs.
- Partner with external vendors, explore opportunities and lead diverse project teams.
Requisitos
Here’s what you need:
- Experience of 8 years & above doing similar work in any industry.
- Excellent project management skills, ability to work independently, propose solutions to problems, and implement feedback.
- Strong experience in Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Excel specifically), and other relationship centric tools.
- An open mind to learn, jump into projects, and train others for wide scale adoption.
- Passion about analytics, insight, and metric creation to drive results.
- Proven track record of operational program management in a fast-moving environment
- Experience of working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Passion for new technology, tools, and innovation to evolve ways of working.
- Understanding of application development lifecycle
- Prior sales or sales enablement experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- English language fluency (oral and written) - for clear communication and conducting training in English.
