Descripción De La Posición
Leads team of operative purchasers to executes transactional requisition-to-order process efficiently to secure delivery of products and services within defined time, budget and specification boundaries. Manages interfaces between strategic sourcing and operative procurement. Manage risk mitigation actions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of operative purchasers to execute transactional requisition-to-order process to meet quality and efficiency KPI targets.
• Knowledge over LATAM regional taxes.
• Projects pricing and financial impacts
• Ensure compliance to corporate and departmental policies. Audit coordination.
• Manage workload of operative purchasers to minimize backlog and secure smooth operations.
• Act as escalation point for transactional procurement process and as interface to strategic sourcing organization.
• Execute the escalation level of transactional requisition-to-order process.
• Initiate follow-up calls with requestor in case of need (specification, confirmation of demand).
• Convert requisition to purchase using appropriate frame contract if available.
• Execute spot buys when spend amount is within authorized amount, route items over limit to Strategic Purchaser for resolution.
• Monitor purchase request status, supplier confirmation and delivery.
• Identify possible late deliveries and try to minimize related risks and issues, escalate in case of need.
• Solve issues related to invoice verification, returned goods and ship date upon request, working with suppliers and internal customers.
• Provide high quality service to internal customers in response to system, email or telephone enquiries.
• Maintain professional relationships with suppliers.
• Update procedures and guidelines relevant to his/ her department to cultivate best practices.

Requisitos
High Level Competency Requirements & Role Profile
• Purchasing administrator with rich experience in executing procurement transactions.
• Knowledge of transactional procurement processes, systems and master data, taxes and financials experience is valuable.
• Ability to motivate and lead administrative team and manage natural fluctuation.
• Precise and target oriented executioner, good communicator and team player.
• English: fluent (Must have)
• Portuguese (nice to have)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
