Procurement Operations Manager

• Define long term strategy of Procurement Support and develop world class procurement capability (processes, systems, tools, master data) within client’s Procurement organization to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement.
• Manage projects of procurement transformation and implementation of new tools and systems.
• Define procurement metrics and KPIs and ensure regular reporting on them.
• Manage procurement data/ information sharing inside procurement organization end towards internal clients.
• Foster optimization of procurement processes, IT systems and tools.
• Provides management support, guidelines, and mentoring to all procurement support representatives.
• Define communication and knowledge strategy across procurement support organization.
• Ensure high ethical standards related to procurement process are met.
• Drives Internal and external audits
• Drives and cascade people performance management.  Mentoring and coaching.
• Manage Procurement plus INFOSEC Assets.
• Define Risk mitigation requirements for suppliers onboarding and maintenance.
• Operate, communicate and train within the team law and regulations changes.
