The work:
As a Process Architect, you are responsible for being the global offering expert, developing & managing the processes required to execute the Relationship Management offering. This role is responsible for developing the How of the offering & working closely with the Offering Leads & Advisors who are responsible for the Why & What.
You will:
- As a Service Process Architect Associate Manager, you will help Market and Market Unit Leads in Sales Excellence manage their portfolio by providing trustworthy advice. You will:
- Help the Service Offering Lead and Service Process Architect Manager design and implement a smooth process to onboard our acquisitions and assess their performance regularly.
- Assist the Service Process Architect Manager in developing, executing and improving the processes of your assigned service offering.
- Handle day-to-day processes effectively.
- Contribute to efforts of the CPM, Application Architecture, Analytics and Change Management teams to encourage stakeholders to use the available processes, tools and training.
- Participate in feedback gathering efforts to enhance service offerings.
Requisitos
Here’s what you need:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent
- English language fluency (oral and written)
- A record of successfully managing programs in a demanding environment
- Experience balancing multiple stakeholders – internal and external, across functions
- Passion for technology and innovation
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Knowledge and advanced excel and PowerBI
Bonus points if you have:
• Sales experience
• An understanding of sales processes, tools and services

- Ability to work flexible hours according to business needs.
- Must have good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines.
