Employee Relations & Policies Specialist
WORK WITH PURPOSE

What will your responsabilites be?
- 1 Manage policy and compliance for Employee and Labor Relations area. Serve as the escalation point on policy and process.
- 2 Assist in reviewing Business Ethics Line matters and conducting investigations.
- 3 Identify need for new policies due to changing business needs and legislative changes.
- 4 Aliance related issues in coordination with employees.
- 5 Manage employee life cycle activities i.e. employee orientation, integration and engagement activities, Performance Achievement, PIP and associated compensation processes. Handle employee concerns and queries by promoting HR contact center as first point of contact.
- 6 Coach line managers and career counselors, enable them to guide employees, facilitate engagement, people programs and activities. Provide advisory support to MDs.
Requisitos
If your profile matches these requirements:
- 1 Graduated of Human Resources / Business Management related discipline or graduated from Law School but interested in Labor relations/HR.
- 2 English – Advanced / Bilingual.
- 3 Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience.
- 4 Experience in the resolution of conflicts.
