Topic Advisory at Accenture. Our Topic Advisory team is a specialty sales advisory service within the Strategy & Consulting Global Network. We are specialists aligned to Accenture’s priority business offerings with expertise in how to go-to-market and best position Accenture to win work. We are the sales lab that works with offering leadership, equipping them with relevant market insights, customized sales messages, and curated sales assets to originate, sell, and win.
You are:
An experienced Associate Manager who is comfortable working with senior Accenture stakeholders. You are well versed with what it takes to win consulting work, allowing you to build trust and effectively partner with the managing directors that lead the offering. You are able to either be client-facing or internal and have a keen sense of the building blocks of a strong deal.
The work:
As a Topic Advisory Associate Manager, you provide sales support to our Strategy and Consulting teams. This will include but is not limited to the following:
Planning and Origination
- Support annual planning to outline sales targets, target clients, and enhancement of sales assets.
- Conduct ongoing research to identify which jurisdictions to target over next 6-12 months.
- Support sales / pipeline reviews with leaders.
- Create and implement criterion for qualifying potential clients.
Proposals / Orals
- Scan the ecosystem for potential sales opportunities.
- Become versed and stay current on the federal landscape and state implications of any new developments in requirements or process.
- Pursuit writing (RFI/RFP/RFQ response support)
- Provisioning content from previous deals and the asset repository that can be used
Content Management / Continuous Improvement
- Maintain a current list of opportunities and priorities.
- Maintain a global repository of sales assets (e.g., proposals, stage 0 decks credentials, etc.)
- Stay relevant through training, research, client interaction and feedback sessions.
Requisitos
Here is what you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Marketing, or a Technology related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, AI/GenAI, Engineering) or related field. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree will accept 5 years of relevant experience.
- At least 6 years relevant work experience (relevant experience includes professional services/consulting sales and/or delivery, in the technology, government and/or healthcare industries)
- Fluent English communication skills (e.g. speaking, writing and editing.)
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience researching federal and state contexts, requirements, and opportunities.
- Experience working in a global team environment and interacting with employees at all levels and subject matter experts.
- Must support/mirror working hours for the supported Market Unit or other business area.
- Must be flexible with working hours to meet shifting business needs.
- Must have good internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines.

- Experience with the United States Public Service and/or Healthcare system.
