As a intake team member within the internal creative agency, you’re the dot-connecter between creative requests and creative partners. Unclear requests from internal stakeholders? No worries! You're a succinct and personable communicator, able to get the needed answers quickly. Is our internal creative team unavailable? Not a problem! You've established a deep knowledge of external partner capabilities and can collaborate to identify the right team to deliver the best work. You’ll be a critical member of a fantastic and talented team focused on driving the success of our transformative creative agency.
Requisitos
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence to work independently or collaboratively in a group.
Solid organizational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and concise documentation.
Broad knowledge of various creative asset types and production efforts (e.g., digital media, presentations, long-form content).
Client service-oriented mindset, experienced in communicating with senior stakeholders to clarify creative requests.
Capable of thinking critically to match partner capabilities with diverse types of creative requests.
Comfortable establishing and building relationships with numerous creative agency partners.
Experience working in Workfront (or a comparable project/work management platform).
Expert Microsoft suite knowledge.
3+ years of relevant experience in a marketing/creative agency or business operations.
Typical Activities
Intake various creative requests to assess the predefined tiering structure.
Redirect requests to existing assets if appropriate.
Route creative requests to appropriate creative teams based on requirements.
Refine creative scope directly with clients as needed to ensure clarity for partner briefings.
Become an expert on creative partner capabilities (strengths/weaknesses).
Collaborate with various function leads to identify the best creative partners to support projects.
Provide creative partner recommendations against complex and simple creative requests.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external creative partners.
Maintain comprehensive request documentation in our Workfront work management platform.
Provide feedback on creative partner interactions.
