The Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for providing administrative support to Accenture leadership with complex organizational responsibilities. You will be the primary support and act as a liaison between the senior managing directors, including CEO and their communities. The level of support you deliver requires a good understanding of a large complex international organization, along with the business insight to communicate and work effectively with other assistants in the organization and with clients. The EA works independently as well in a team environment supporting each other when needed. Often in a high pace so it is vital that you are enjoying an everchanging surrounding with various challenges on daily basis.

It is important with strong communicative skills and a drive to perform and develop in the role. Your personality and attitude are essential to us!

Requisitos

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Assist CEO and senior managing director in different tasks
  • The Executive Assistant may act as an executive's representative, as appropriate.
  • Proactive calendar management and planning including coordination of appointments
  • Coordination of meetings and events with multiple executive participants, both internally in Accenture and with clients and government
  • Organize and participate in leadership and community meetings
  • Travel booking and handling of visa/passport procedures
  • Maintain contacts and email distribution lists
  • Time and Expense reporting
  • Innovative mindset to be knowledgeable on Accenture’s tools and technology. 
  • You speak and write fluent English
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook with interest in learning new tools
  • You are flexible, positive, curious, structured and take pride in your job
  • You are dedicated providing an excellent service to your customers
  • You know how to handle and make priority to a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, everchanging environment with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in assisting and communicating with C’ levels
