Be part of a multi-disciplinary team of Data Scientists, Solution Architects, and people with very diverse but specific skills such as UX, storytelling, Data Visualization, Python Scripting and deep-industry knowledge. Operate in an agile, innovative & truly human way, reflecting a customer-centric & operationally effective approach. Contribute as a core team member driving end-to end change and results for our clients. We are looking for an out-of-the-box thinker, passionate about innovation and agile development.
Participate in designing, creating and managing product lifecycle and internal processes/projects
Responsible for team management and internal organization
Monitoring feedback from customers and ensure positive, pro-active and solutions-based support is provided to our customers
Identifying opportunities for collaborative work
Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
Requisitos
7+ years of experience working in a fast-paced setting, customer experience and project management.
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Desire to work in an information systems environment.
Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
Collaborate with team members, business teams, IT teams, and other stakeholders to review and refine user stories

Self-driven, agile and ability to work independently and on multiple engagements simultaneously.
