Performance & Rewards Operations

Our Focus

This team is focused on ensuring our Performance Achievement and Total Rewards processes are completed successfully.  This role is responsible for collaborating with the HR Partners and Iberia Performance Achievement & Rewards team during all Performance Achievement & Total Rewards activities in the Market Unit in each fiscal year.

EXAMPLES OF WORK WE DO

- Performance Achievement / Total Rewards Process

- Enable & train HR Partners on the processes/updates throughout the year

- Coordinate Performance Achievements/Total Rewards processes & actions

- Responsible for reviews & sign off for activities

- Ensure successful completion of all activities

- Point of contact for HR Leads & HR Service Delivery Leads

- Run level reporting & ad hoc reports as needed

- Manage off-cycle processes like OCAs

Requisitos

Requisition:

-Graduated from the careers of Human Resources, Business administration, Psychology

-Have at least 3 years of experience in similar positions

-Have experience in managing group of people and being team lead

-Technology knowledge as business core expertise

-Professional Level of Soft Skills and Human relationships knowledge

-Reporting, Data Analytics skills and tools (Requiered)

-Adavanced level of English (REQUIERED)

-Advanced level of Portuguese (Preferable)

- Flexibility to work in Europe Time Zone
