Marketing & Communications | Technology Evolution Associate Manager

The Services Marketing Team works with Accenture’s Chief Strategy Officer to bring the business strategy to life across the organization. The team then translates the business strategy into Marketing and Communications (M+C) programs across our four Services—Song, Industry X, Technology and Operations.

Position Description & Responsibilities

Working as part of Accenture’s Technology Marketing + Communications team, this position will be responsible for developing and supporting external and internal omni-channel marketing and communications programs that support key business priorities.

We are looking for a marketing and communications professional who can effectively influence and collaborate across Accenture. In this role, you must be able to quickly understand, analyze and communicate technology innovations and trends and enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Extract and analyze data to inform marketing strategies, assess campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions
  • Help plan, develop and implement marketing and communications initiatives that support and build Accenture’s reputation as a technology leader and innovator, working in areas such as Accenture Labs, Technology Incubation (emerging technologies), Cloud, Security, Metaverse, Technology Transformation, our Technology ecosystem partners and more.
  • Manage programs that include content such as thought leadership and PoVs, internal and external events, employee and candidate engagement programs, client stories, social media, executive positioning, and more.
  • Design programs with an omni-channel marketing strategy aligned to Accenture’s overall content and marketing strategy.
  • Project manage various marketing initiatives and activities managing workplan, tracking budget and deliverables, etc.
  • Draft content for internal and external communications including executive and employee comms, presentations, videos, social media, infographics and content for and our internal portal.
  • Manage the development of creative assets.
  • Conduct market, competitor and other research.
  • Manage workflow using relevant tools to support strategic planning, marketing operations, budgeting and reporting.


  • Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, communications or related.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in marketing with strong background in content development and an interest in learning about emerging technologies and how they can bring value to clients.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience with tech marketing related to AI, Metaverse, cybersecurity, next-generation computing, or space or science tech.
  • Experience in the technology industry and for a large, global organization is highly desirable.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficient in data retrieval and analysis to drive marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • This role requires both excellent written and verbal communication skills in English including the ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to digest complex issues and topics and communicate them in a way that is easily understood by a broad audience.
  • Strong organizational, program and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet milestones, tight deadlines and communicate status on concurrent projects.
  • Demonstrated marketing program and campaign management.
  • Strong PowerPoint and writing skills, familiarity with “Weekend Language” a plus.
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a virtual, problem-solving environment.
  • Able to work effectively and independently and at speed across functional and geographic groups.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting, either military or civilian.
  • Personal flexibility to work virtually, sometimes in the office and travel if required.
  • Willingness to participate in meetings outside of regular business hours to accommodate other time zones.
  • Sensitivity to the cultural variances across different countries.
