The Services Marketing Team works with Accenture’s Chief Strategy Officer to bring the business strategy to life across the organization. The team then translates the business strategy into marketing and communications initiatives across our four Services—Song, Industry X, Technology and Operations.

 

Position Description & Responsibilities

Accenture Growth & Strategy (G&S) sits at the heart of shaping Accenture’s future. Led by our Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), it is responsible for evolving the company’s strategy and position in the market, and for executing its key internal and external growth initiatives. These include Accenture’s 360 degree value initiative, through which we help clients deliver value to all their stakeholders; our ventures and acquisitions strategy; our offerings development and delivery; and Accenture Research, which delivers client research as well as Accenture’s published thought leadership. 

 

The role supporting the office of the CSO offers an enviable and unique position within Accenture M+C to lead some of the company’s highest profile signature thought leadership content campaigns that cut across all parts of Accenture’s business and that support the company’s core message and narrative.

You must be able to handle multiple projects at any one time and have the self-discipline to work effectively in a virtual environment with colleagues all over the world.

 

You must not only quickly understand, analyze and communicate a broad range of issues and trends, but also be inspired by working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Uniquely, the role in Growth & Strategy requires you to work with Accenture’s Services organizations far more than most content development roles in the company, giving an unrivalled view of the entire company’s content agenda, and requiring strong networking skills.

Requisitos

Among the key responsibilities:

  • Drive timely and high-quality delivery of creative content -written and visual- through external and internal channels, working with our various channel leads.
  • Lead the execution of the Growth & Strategy marketing campaigns, collaborating with Services M+C leads and partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Work with content and programs teams to develop a range of assets, such as reports, videos, infographics and slideshare decks to support offerings and campaigns.
  • Manage projects and workflow using relevant tools, trackers and scheduling.
  • Help drive internal content and campaigns to evangelize our internal audiences: leadership, client teams, and our people; This includes written internal communications, videos, internal sites, collaboration tools, briefings (working in collaboration with our internal communications specialists).
  • Work with our businesses and their offering and sales marketing teams to create sales enablement programs that help turn content into client business.
  • Ensure the operational management of projects to time and budget and reporting metrics for the programs you are responsible for.
  • While program management will be your key responsibility, you will also have the opportunity to support other G&S initiatives that support the Chief Strategy Officer’s internal and external programs, such as our annual awards program, the marketing of Accenture Research, and the preparation of analyst relations briefings.
  • Working as part of Accenture’s Growth & Strategy Marketing + Communications team, this position will be responsible for internal and external marketing and communications activities that support key business priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, communications or related.
  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in marketing and communications, preferably with some experience in professional services and the technology industry; experience in applying marketing concepts; branding, message and content development skills
  • Experience working for a large, global organization is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are required for this role including the ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to digest complex issues and communicate them to make them easily understood by a broad audience.
  • Our ideal candidate will have experience with thought leadership and content marketing programs, content creation, storytelling and data fluency to drive content campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of core marketing and communications essentials, including content and communication strategy and planning, audience analysis, message development, channels, and measurement tactics.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational and time management skills with experience in overseeing large-scale content, design and production of publications and digital materials, with a demonstrated ability to meet milestones, tight deadlines and communicate status on concurrent projects.
  • Strong organizational and team management skills, with ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously while managing third-party vendors.
  • Executive stakeholder management skills, ability to manage and build relationships, negotiate and influence colleagues within a large, matrixed organization.
  • Bold creativity and a passion for learning about new technology trends and the future.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, communicate, and measure multi-faceted marketing plans and programs.
  • Ability to work effectively, and at speed, across functional and geographic groups with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting, either military or civilian, professionalism, integrity and self-confidence.
  • Personal flexibility to work virtually, sometimes in the office and travel if required.
  • Willingness to participate in meetings outside of regular business hours to accommodate other time zones.
  • Sensitivity to the cultural variances across different countries.
