Controllership Innovation Hub

Job Description

The Innovation Hub’s goal is to collaborate with Controllership and finance to identify challenges in their area and develop business cases to support change. The Innovation Hub will to execute idea generation and seek to leverage latest tools (e.g. PowerBI, PowerApp, SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics cloud) and their technical framework to create and implement a solution.

The role will be to support the team to manage the current portfolio or reporting projects, develop those in the pipeline and to support growth of the Innovation Hub strategy

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Ideas to innovation process to review project pipeline and engage with Controllership to identify new areas for change
• Work with the different countries to analyze the open ideas and make sure we get to the right execution.
• Interact with local innovation advocates across the world
• Document user requirements for projects to be used in the initial scoping stages
• Collaborate with the business users to create a design to meet their needs
• Liaise with stakeholders on existing portfolio and manage queries
• Support the growth of the Innovation Hub
• Ad hoc projects as needed

Skills:

• Finance background
• RTR experience
• SAP S4 and BR architecture knowledge
• SAP Hana studio query creation and integration with PowerBI
• Advanced PowerBI knowledge including:
  • DAX and M language
  • Refresh management in the cloud for monthly scheduled refreshes
  • Functional design
  • Leveraging Dataflows for large datasets
• Python
