As an Associate Manager within the Corporate Risk Management & Quality team, you will work closely with Q&R Capco team, Sales Operations and Corporate Development to coordinate the Capital and Investment Committee processes, including scheduling approval meetings, maintaining Capital Committee data accuracy, providing reporting, and assisting with ad hoc requests. This position may also support other Global Quality and Risk projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
•Manage Client Capital and Investment Committee weekly schedule including organizing any ad hoc reviews, creating agendas, invites and confirming Committee attendance.
•Maintain, interpret, reconcile, and ensure accuracy of the Capital Committee data (e.g., distribution lists, maintain committee approvals in MMS /Aviator, deal statistics for all Capital Committee deals; Win/Loss analysis and metrics)
•Support the monthly Capco reporting requirements (APR maintenance, monthly win/loss, and quarterly reports).
•Maintain Capital Committee Internal Control requirements including the storage of minutes and materials.
•Assist with developing and updating process documentation, communications, training, and reports.
•Act as a subject matter advisor for opportunity teams and Market Sales Operations liaisons to address any policy, process questions, as needed.
