Job Description
- Take a lead role in Controllership Finance transformation initiatives as part of the “Controllership 2025 Transformation Programme” covering areas such as RTR/Statutory/Tax.
- Lead workshops with Subject Matter Experts (SME) across Controllership and identify key transformation opportunities on the back of these connections.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting metrics to highlight the benefits of projects undertaken and deliver this to Controllership Leadership.
- Collaboration with various team on Controllership Transformation to define and implement new processes/procedures.
- Define and communicate change impacts to Finance processes and support teams in bedding down changes.
- Strong accounting skills with extensive Knowledge in Finance processes
- Ability to manage change effectively.
- Ability to logically structure issues and recommend solutions.
Requisitos
Job Qualifications:
· Accounting or business administration degree
· Minimum of 4 years of experience.
· English proficiency
