Overview of Responsibilities

  • The AEM Platform Strategy lead role will be part of the broader Marketing + Communications (M+C) Intelligent Services group.  Within M+C, this role ensures that our marketing teams are operating at world class levels and consistently innovating and improving to remain best-in-industry. 

  • The AEM Platform Strategy Team oversees our Adobe platform, which in turn supports both accenture.com, our M+C Digital Asset Management (DAM), content supply chain and Foresight app capabilities. As the AEM Platform Strategy lead you will lead 3 teams, making up a total of 15 team members, charged with managing our Adobe Experience Manager based capabilities.

  • For our external-facing website (AEM Sites); the team manages our technology roadmap for the marketing and recruitment elements of the website; the oversight and evolution of the website user interface, features and functionality. The team helps ensure the platform is meeting the needs of our content publishing stakeholders. Collectively, the team drives the evolution of accenture.com to enable our stakeholders, or “content owners,” to tell our company’s story online, creating deeper relationships with our target audiences of current and potential clients, jobseekers, media and investors.

  • The team collaborates with accenture.com Site Publishing to make sure the website meets the needs of the daily publishing team, and partners with CIO to guarantee the smooth operation of the website and its associated functions (content supply chain, search, job postings, personalization, audio/video, etc.)

  • For the internal management of our M+C Digital Asset Management (AEM Assets); the team operates our M+C Digital Asset Management (DAM) capability, ensuring all our marketing assets are centrally located, findable, and accessible to users so that we can maximize the effectiveness of each asset. The capability consists of a team who manage the platform and oversee the uploading, tagging, storage and ultimate archiving of each individual asset used in M+C. This team is also charged with managing and maintaining the creation and operation of new tools for finding and obtaining M+C campaign assets and information.

  • For the content supply chain (AEM Assets/Sites); the team manages and maintains the design through implementation of our capability. They own the end-to-end processes and functionality deliver on the promise of seamless automation and delivery of the content to our channels.

  • For the Foresight app, the team manages and maintains the evolution of the roadmap for this channel. They deliver the business requirements and objectives for the implementation of features and functionality that align to our interoperable objectives. The team helps ensure the end-to-end processes, content supply chain and delivery of content is efficient and effective.

Requisitos

Role Specific Skills

  • Minimum 15 years combined experience in marketing operations, execution and/or capabilities

  • Expertise in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) capabilities, focus on Sites and Assets

  • Expertise in the understanding of including modular or atomic design for websites, designing across view and headless CMS framework

  • Expertise with process flows and workflow design

  • Expert skills in written and oral communication in English, storytelling, presentation, influencing, problem solving and the ability to communicate between technical and non-technical audiences

  • Expertise in leading large teams, delegating responsibilities and providing actionable feedback

  • Strong understanding of online usability and design best practices

  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodology

  • Strong listening skills with ability to understand leadership priorities and requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Suite knowledge and ability, especially Excel, Word, PPT. Experience with workflow and production tools a (Workfront, Monday.com, etc.)

  • Familiarity with online accessibility guidelines and best practices

  • Deep experience with website analytics and reporting

  • Aptitude for effective collaboration in a cross functional work environment; experiences working with global teams across time zones
