The Work:

As a Senior Manager within the North America Risk Management & Quality team, you will work closely with the Global Quality Process Leads, Market/Services Quality Program Directors, MU Quality & Risk Leaders and Senior Business stakeholders to understand our risk profile and develop insights to enable data-driven decision making.  As we are currently undergoing a Q&R Transformation journey, we will require you to be agile and flexible to adjust priorities to enable us to bring our transformation objectives to life. 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Identify hotspots & emerging risk areas for North America and drive initiatives that help manage & mitigate risks
• Proactively identify deals in the opportunity pipeline that require leadership intervention and support
• Work with the Market QPD to develop data insights to drive key decisions on focus areas and corrective actions needed.
• Drive capability development initiatives (such as Root Cause Insider sessions) to enable a risk awareness culture and drive continuous improvement. 
• Work closely with the Q&R Analytics and Reporting team to identify projects that will test key hypothesis.  Use outputs to develop key actionable insights.
