We are seeking highly organized and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Corporate Mobility Destination Services/Corporate Housing Lead.
The Destination Services/Corporate Housing Lead will play a vital role in liaising and supporting our Mobility teams with destination services/corporate housing service management.
You will be responsible for:
- Monitor individual vendor Destination Services / Corporate Housing contracts
- Assists with management of vendor relationship
- Handling escalations, working closely with vendors and Mobility Case Managers/Coordinators ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and offering solutions to complex problems
- Manage detailed remediations
- Manage reporting, working closely with Global Comp team as needed
- Administrative support of both Destination Services and Corporate housing process
- Collaborate effectively with Mobility Case Managers/Coordinators to provide top quality support to Mobility customers
Requisitos
Skills and Experience:
- Preferred experience as a Corporate Mobility Relocation Specialist, accommodation rentals or similar role
- Strong knowledge of corporate mobility destination services and corporate housing practices
- Familiarity with destination services and corporate housing vendors
- Management of supplier relationships
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a matrixed and globally dispersed environment
