Accenture Mobility within Corporate Services & Sustainability runs one of the world’s largest corporate travel programs covering business travel, assignments and events across 120 countries. We provide a world-class service that allows our travellers to focus on what matters most.
We are seeking an experienced Mobility expert to join our team as a market unit lead to deliver excellent service support across all areas of Mobility – business travel, assignments, transfers.
You will manage a team of Mobility Service Leads supporting all aspects of the employee journey. You will also work closely with Mobility SMEs for your Market Unit in tax, immigration, destination services, travel. You will maintain excellent working relationship with colleagues in HR, Employment Law and Employment Tax.
You will also be expected to take on management of senior cases and escalation management.
Requisitos
Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in mobility management, HR, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Team management – esp in a virtual environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to employees and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of travel logistics, immigration processes, and policy compliance is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information as appropriate.
- Ability to work in a matrixed reporting environment
