The HR Program & Operations Program Manager manages the planning and execution of a wide range of programs in Future Enterprise HR to deliver effective and efficient HR services to the business. Scope of projects and programs range from short duration and simple, to complex global transformational programs, sometimes concurrently depending on the scope of the initiatives. 

This role will engage with stakeholders across the globe at all organizational levels based on the objectives of a given initiative. Projects and initiatives will drive a strong focus on delivery excellence, utilizing benchmarks to enable consistent high performance service provision across all workforces within the geographies and globally. 

This role will improve organization performance and achieve program goals by developing and executing end-to-end project management activities. They will demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans and estimates, scope and requirements from implementation to deployment, proactively managing and reporting on execution of deliverables.

Main responsabilities for Plan and Manage Program/Project Delivery:

  • Define and confirm project objectives, outcomes and deliverables

  • Create and manage workplans to coordinate efforts across multiple teams

  • Proactively manage issues, risks, root causes; recommend corrective actions

  • Drive stakeholder alignment for each initiative – build trusting relationships

  • Communicate project/program progress at appropriate levels of detail based on audience

  • Support change management to enable program success.

  • Orchestrate timely delivery across a complex, global organizational structure

  • Lead the critical path, project dependencies, completion, milestone compliance and cost/budget

Requisitos

  • Structured project/program management

  • Business acumen, experience with global collaboration

  • HR functional expertise

  • Working knowledge of business operations/finances

  • Change management

  • Workday experience is nice to have

  • Understanding business needs and communicating effectively with stakeholders

  • Advance English level

  • PM expert

  • At least 8 years of PM experience
