The Benefits Manager is responsible for managing Accenture’s employee benefits programs and policies for our employees (and former employees participating in our plans). Specific responsibilities include:
- Manage the processes for benefits systems interfaces and act as a liaison and subject matter expert to the various HR groups, payroll and external vendors.
- Serve as point of contact for resolution of escalated participant benefits issues related to payroll and tax, and escalate to leadership when necessary.
- Identify and report issues on system workflows and follow through to resolution ensuring consistency and plan compliance.
- Assess system implications of new programs/legal entities/affiliate plans.
- Assist with coordinating system testing efforts on key processes such as annual enrollment, year-end payroll and vendor website enhancements.
- Manage interface operations with government agencies.
- Manage benefits related inbound and outbound HR and Payroll files for the payroll and vendor systems.
- Audit activity on payroll system and benefits system to ensure accuracy of dataflow, reporting and calculations.
Requisitos
Job Qualifications
- Data management with HRIS, benefits and payroll information
- Data auditing, analysis and reporting capability with keen attention to detail
- Requires benefits/payroll background (role will collaborate extensively with payroll team)
- Strong communication skills
