About the role
As a Manager within the Operations Risk Management & Quality team, you will work closely with the Operations Market Q&R Lead, Operations Delivery Leadership, Operations Quality Program Director, Quality Process Leads and Senior Business stakeholders to enable a risk aware culture and drive continuous improvement actions. Your role will be focused on developing key assets based on lessons learnt and success factors that enable Accenture to work in a preventative risk management mode. As we are currently undergoing a Q&R Transformation journey, we will require you to be agile and flexible to adjust priorities to enable us to bring our transformation objectives to life.
Key responsibilities will include:
Develop a deep understanding of the hotspots and emerging risk areas within Operations that may impact the Service, Corporate, Market and MU Risk Profiles.
Provide insights into new Service based sales campaigns and how they may impact our future risk profile.
Work closely with the Client Quality Learnings team to develop assets based on lessons learnt and success factors.
Drive adoption of Preventative Risk Management assets within the business.
Support the execution of our core processes including CQI, CQA and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with the Operations and Market QPDs to understand focus areas and help drive the corrective actions needed supported by clear business insights.
Work closely with the Q&R Analytics and Reporting team to identify projects that will test key hypothesis. Use outputs to develop key actionable insights.
