About the role

As a Manager within the Operations Risk Management & Quality team, you will work closely with the Operations Market Q&R Lead, Operations Delivery Leadership, Operations Quality Program Director, Quality Process Leads and Senior Business stakeholders to enable a risk aware culture and drive continuous improvement actions.  Your role will be focused on developing key assets based on lessons learnt and success factors that enable Accenture to work in a preventative risk management mode.   As we are currently undergoing a Q&R Transformation journey, we will require you to be agile and flexible to adjust priorities to enable us to bring our transformation objectives to life. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the hotspots and emerging risk areas within Operations that may impact the Service, Corporate, Market and MU Risk Profiles.

  • Provide insights into new Service based sales campaigns and how they may impact our future risk profile.

  • Work closely with the Client Quality Learnings team to develop assets based on lessons learnt and success factors. 

  • Drive adoption of Preventative Risk Management assets within the business.

  • Support the execution of our core processes including CQI, CQA and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the Operations and Market QPDs to understand focus areas and help drive the corrective actions needed supported by clear business insights.

  • Work closely with the Q&R Analytics and Reporting team to identify projects that will test key hypothesis.  Use outputs to develop key actionable insights.



  • Undergraduate degree or higher.

  • English language fluency (oral and written).

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience, with proven track record in interacting with leadership and senior stakeholders.

  • Proven experience is working with data analytics and developing actionable insights.

  • Thorough understanding of Accenture Operations business and challenges.

  • Good understanding of the Sales and opportunity space as well as delivery, ability to translate challenges into solutions.

  • Experience with North America Operations business, leadership and operating model.

  • Process Improvement skills.

  • Understanding of financial concepts and profitability levers.

  • Experience in risk management and quality processes and tools.
