The Compensation Process Associate Manager serves as process, systems and data analytics expert on the North America Compensation Team, applies a broad set of tools to recommend and implement improvements to team practices around data storage and analytics (data gathering, data manipulation and reporting). This role will act as SME on the analytics/systems side collaborating with the team across different Compensation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
What you will do:
You'll work with stakeholders in the compensation team to develop requirements, understand and overcome internal system’s difficulties, and manage/develop applications.
You will lead efforts to analyze, design, build, test, implement and/or maintain multiple system components, applications/tools and processes.
Deliver and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the North America Compensation Team operations through the development and delivery of functional solutions and easy-to-use tools, utilizing technologies including, but not limited to, Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate, Python, VBA and/or Excel.
Design and/or develop best practices for data management.
Requisitos
What you will need:
- Advanced English level, verbal and written
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Expert-level Excel and Power BI or Power Query. Knowledge of Programming languages is desirable (VBA, Python, R, etc)
- Experience in building analyses based on large datasets. Familiarity with statistical analysis approaches and tools is a plus!
- Aptitude to work in an Agile environment on complicated requests, with multiple iterations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex information simply and effectively
- Ability to build, sustain and influence relationships at all levels of an organization
- Experience in managing projects which meet client expectations, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues
- Ability to think strategically, analytically and creatively
