The Compensation Process Associate Manager serves as process, systems and data analytics expert on the North America Compensation Team, applies a broad set of tools to recommend and implement improvements to team practices around data storage and analytics (data gathering, data manipulation and reporting). This role will act as SME on the analytics/systems side collaborating with the team across different Compensation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
What you will do:
You'll work with stakeholders in the compensation team to develop requirements, understand and overcome internal system’s difficulties, and manage/develop applications.
You will lead efforts to analyze, design, build, test, implement and/or maintain multiple system components, applications/tools and processes.
Deliver and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the North America Compensation Team operations through the development and delivery of functional solutions and easy-to-use tools, utilizing technologies including, but not limited to, Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate, Python, VBA and/or Excel.
Design and/or develop best practices for data management.
