About the role:

As a Risk Manager within the Corporate Risk Management & Quality team you will support key leadership stakeholders at the MU or Service dimension level in executing in scope Q&R processes.  You will be responsible for ensuring transparency of key risks within your portfolio through facilitating governance calls and accurately tracking cost impacts.  You will work closely with the Market/Service  Quality Program Directors to enable the process to be executed at the business interface level.  As we are currently undergoing a Q&R Transformation journey, we will require you to be agile and flexible to adjust priorities to enable us to bring our transformation objectives to life. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a good understanding of the business needs to be supported by the process(es) you are executing and how the process(es) help achieve the strategic goals of the business, enabling Accenture to achieve client success.

  • Execution of the Client Quality Impact process, including the identification and escalation of appropriate deals, establish and facilitate CQI governance with appropriate participants, formal tracking of actions and transparent reporting of financial impacts of in scope deals.

  • Establishing working relationships with key functions across your area of responsibility (MU / Service) to maximise effectiveness of our processes and minimize surprises.  This includes working closely with finance, contract management, delivery / business operations.

  • Driving key initiatives that improve KPIs to enable key metrics to get to green.

  • Supporting the tracking and execution of key improvement actions within your MU / Service to enable the organsation to work in a proactive risk management mode.

  • Supporting the executive level reporting required by your MU / Service Q&R Leadership.  This should be done by leveraging existing reporting dashboards and partnering with your Market / Service Analytics & Reporting lead for any adhoc or new requirements. 

Requisitos

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or higher.

  • English language fluency (oral and written).

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience, with proven track record in interacting with leadership and senior stakeholders.

  • Proven experience working and advising senior leadership, with the ability to drive operational excellence.

  • Good understanding of Accenture business and challenges.

  • Process Improvement skills.

  • Understanding of financial concepts and profitability levers.

  • Experience in risk management and quality processes and tools.
