The HR Corporate Solution Architect is part of the Organization Architecture team within the HR Technology. HR Technology is responsible for supporting existing and implementing new technology to support Accenture employees globally. As part of HR Technology, the Organization Architecture team is committed to driving excellence through intelligent solutions.
The Corporate Solution Architect is a steward of our HR vision and plays a pivotal part in designing and executing organization structures, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and leadership.
Responsibilities:
Design and Execution:
Collaborate in the design and execution of efficient and effective organization structures to support the company's goals and objectives.
Advisory:
Act as a strategic advisor, providing guidance to key stakeholders and leadership on matters related to organizational design and architecture.
Uphold Design Principles
Uphold and promote key principles of design, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with the organization's strategic vision.
Workday Expertise:
Provide support for organizations using the Workday platform, leveraging your expertise to optimize its functionality and effectiveness.
Reorganization Support:
Assist in managing reorganizations by providing architectural insights, data-driven recommendations, and ensuring a smooth transition.
Requisitos
