Core HR Capability & Transformation - Recruiting Functional Expert

Recruiting Transformation team is part of Core HR Capabilities and Transformation team in Global Accenture HR. We are the engine powering Recruiting, Employee Services, Talent Supply Chain and other HR functions across Accenture’s global markets. We make existing processes and systems more effective. We create solutions and deliver strategies because we have an unending drive to find the best ways to transform our business. We Bring Intelligent Operations to life within Accenture HR globally using SynOps creating a Modern HR Experience for all our people.

The Recruiting Transformation Manager is responsible for driving transformation of our recruitment Operating Model. As a Recruiting Functional Expert, he this person will be  responsible for reimagining, designing and enabling the new Rec Operating Model; which includes, Organizational Design, Processes and Systems.

The goal is to help our recruiting delivery teams to increase productivity and efficiencies, enhancing experience, leveraging the new Model, Processes, and technology within the Journey to Intelligent Operations framework.  

FE Transformation journey will provide an opportunity to transform the way we deliver our Recruiting Services. We will transform it driving recruiting delivery into the new by challenging existing paradigms. 

Requisitos

 Skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of Recruiting processes and related systems.
  • Manage projects across Markets/MUs independently.
  • Identify and review opportunities for improvement in processes to gain efficiency and lead end to end implementation.
  • Agility to adapt to changing environment.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills.

      

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment transformation projects globally - Functional area.
  • Design Global Operating Model àroles definition, process flows, metrics, organizational design. 
  • Design global process and metrics for adoption, considering stakeholders E2E experience.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes to increase efficiencies in the delivery, while elevating E2E experience.
  • Act as the SME - supporting teams, applying deep expertise and knowledge.
  • Identify, lead and support process improvement/enhancement initiatives across a MUs and drive high quality employee experience and impact.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting stakeholders in MUs, CoEs and HR leads to meet the project needs.
