We are looking for …
- a highly effective specialist to join our team – someone who is a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and a virtual workforce, adaptable, and outcome focused
- a passion for data, and data-driven insights to help build a culture of jobs, skills, and specialization across all services and people; must be strong in analytics and driving conversations with data
- a connector to bring action-oriented insights to our Services and able to strategically think through the data to influence business decisions
- an agile leader with a persuasive coaching mindset to support our leaders and HR business partners adopt and leverage our people architecture elements
- a partner to build relationships with global stakeholders including senior Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Strategists, HR for their initiatives
Your daily activities will include:
- Ownership of the architecture to include jobs, skills, specialization along with how the progression model ties to architecture components
- Supporting people architecture strategy and design by representing business needs through our job architecture, skills, and specialization to represent what a person does for Accenture
- Collaborating and Partnering with Total Rewards and Performance Achievement to tie jobs and skills to our overall compensation and performance strategy through matching and processing job creations and changes
- Focusing on adoption and change by supporting the change management process to enable the necessary communication to HR, Legal, Works Council and our people regarding the changes to our architectural elements – such as jobs, skills, and specialization
- Championing the New by representing People Architecture initiatives and vision; escalate risks appropriately and advise on behalf of our team’s interests
Requisitos
You have:
- Advanced English
- 3+ years working in consulting and/or HR
- Experience bringing change management theory into practice
- Delivery and management of large programs and projects
- Seasoned expertise in stakeholder management and relationship development
- Practice in problem-solving-escalation management
You might also have:
- Accenture system knowledge, reporting, people and financial hierarchy
- Experience in large scale ERP implementations; maybe even Workday
