A core member of the Global Content Delivery team, focused on managing the processes, tools and platforms that enable Accenture M+C teams to easily deliver meaningful content and messages to our clients, recruits and employees across our internal and external channels.

The Digital Recruitment Team creates and delivers the best digital experience across digital properties (,, marketing e-mails). Targets include new recruits, experienced hires, and Accenture alumni.

This role is a core member of the Digital Recruitment team overseeing the global email strategy, process and execution for the Careers and Alumni Programs.

This role has a focus on ensuring the email marketing channel and other emerging communication channels are utilized effectively to attract targeted career seekers of all skills and experience levels.

He or she works closely with global and local marketing teams, talent acquisition and the IT organization as well as external vendors to design, execute and optimize outreach programs and campaigns.

This role requires a digital-savvy marketer and innovator who leverages a deep understanding of integrated marketing principles to create a powerful and differentiated experience across all digital channels – driving awareness, brand reputation, engagement, relevance and consideration with career-seeking audiences, while assisting talent acquisition in reaching recruiting goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain global email marketing strategy for Accenture Careers and Alumni Programs and manage ongoing and point-in-time projects. Work with partners on email content and design.
  • Oversee the global and local email build process, segmentation, tracking and reporting in Eloqua.
  • Build and equip country teams with strategic frameworks, templates, content and tools to enable cost-effective and operationally-efficient digital marketing programs at the local level.
  • Consistently review data and analytics for email marketing channel and utilize data insights to create optimization strategies. Conduct and recommend A/B testing and other engagement strategies to improve performance. Provide Quarterly Performance Reviews to Leadership.
  • Create logic and implementation strategies for automated email marketing programs to ensure timely communications to target audiences based on behaviors/status.
  • Develop technical requirements and prioritization requests with CIO/Email Ops for email program enhancements and optimizations.
  • Develop resource guides and provide training to marketers on the email processes, tools and platform.
  • In tandem with the global talent acquisition team, help manage ongoing efforts to engage and convert Accenture talent community members. Assist in management of the candidate CRM system and Applicant Tracking system email programs.
  • Act as team’s liaison for any system integrations, making sure platforms and processes are seamlessly integrated and compliant.
  • Remain abreast of changes in marketing, technology, digital/social channels and target audience behavior to effectively inform digital strategies.
  • Provide email expertise and counsel to various stakeholders across the organization.


  • Broad overall business acumen and knowledge of Accenture’s areas of business and overall business strategy.
  • Deep understanding and skills in strategic marketing and communications, especially in email, CRM, and database management.
  • Experience with email marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Marketo etc.)
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Broad and deep understanding of and ability to apply integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, brand strategy and positioning, and message development skills.
  • Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace.
  • Strong program management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Passion for executing deliverables and programs that are of the highest quality, fully support Accenture’s business strategy and exceed leadership expectations.
  • Ability to develop and apply creative and innovative solutions to complex issues.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently yet integrate appropriately with other areas within Marketing & Communications and across Accenture.
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

Work Experience:             

  • Minimum 8 years of marketing and/or communications experience including 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on email marketing and email marketing automation platforms.
  • 2+ years of Recruitment Marketing experience preferred.
