This role is part of Global Groups Field HR team under Accenture HR Operations.


The Specialist is responsible to implement both of data management processes and performance achievement in field HR support team for Global Groups. This position is expected to support several processes, e.g. performance achievement, compensations, data management, promotions, ethics and compliance, etc. for Global Groups.


Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Achievement

  • Data Management

  • Support HR Business partners

  • Maximize the effectiveness of the HR function by using systems and procedures that ensure compliance with Accenture standard

  • Ensure the Field HR team provides consistent advice on relevant HR policies and by providing access to personnel information as required

  • Ensure that Field HR Team respond to all employee enquiries in a timely and effective manner

  • Ensure that any outstanding issues enquiries are escalated as appropriate

  • Resolve outstanding issues enquiries or escalate further, if necessary

  • Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork by providing assistance to team leads or other team members in busy periods

  • Ensure the accuracy of employee information by regularly conducting audits as appropriate to each service line

  • Share best practices on methodologies, trends and modeling with team members working across all DTEs.

  • Responsible for the career development of team members training, supervision, performance achievement .

  • Facilitate team work.

  • Responsible for engagement of team members.

  • Effectively coach counsel others.

  • Lead participate in people initiatives.



Requisitos

University degree, preferably a Bachelor degree with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management related discipline.

Must Have Skills Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel Analytic skills

  • Understanding of people hierarchy, cost center structure, etc.

  • HR Reporting experience

  • Mid level PowerPoint skills

  • Mid level SharePoint skills

  • Advanced communication written and oral and strong interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational, multi tasking, and time management skills

  • Ability to work cross culturally

  • Detalied oriented

Nice to Have Skills Qualifications 

  • Human Resources experience

  • Supervisory experience

  • Understanding of Technology HR business

  • Additional Accenture HR systems experience

  • Proven ability to lead own functional area

  • Previous experience supporting Servicies

  • Proven ability to lead teams supporting diverse customer groups

  • Experience operating within a service management framework

  • Broad knowledge of HR processes

  • Knowledge of HR data structures and HR systems

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain a global relationship network
